At Riverwalk, we place our pupils at the heart of everything we do, recognising and celebrating each individual’s strengths, interests, and achievements.Our school provides high-quality education and care for children and young people aged 4–19 with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). We are committed to creating an environment where every learner feels safe, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.Working closely with families, carers, and a range of professionals, our dedicated staff team ensures that every pupil’s learning journey is meaningful, personalised, and fulfilling. Christmas Cheer by the Kitchen! We've been busy spreading festive magic around the school, and the kitchen area is looking wonderfully Christmassy! From twinkling lights to cheerful decorations, it's bringing lots of smiles and joy!

Riverwalk Winter Fayre this Saturday! Join us for a fantastic day at the Riverwalk Winter Fayre on Saturday, 11am till 3pm! There will be live music, delicious food, Father Christmas, stalls, tombola, and a raffle – something for everyone to enjoy. Please come along and support this wonderful event!

Children in Need at Riverwalk School! We've loved seeing all the amazing outfits from our classes celebrating Children in Need today! Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the day so special!

Dear Parents/Carers We are excited to be raising funds for Lions and Elephants classes with a Christmas Hamper Raffle! We hope you'll support us by donating items and purchasing raffle tickets. We are kindly asking for donations of items such as candles, gift sets, chocolates, biscuits, and other festive treats. Please bring any donations into school before Thursday 18th December. Raffle tickets are £1 each and can be purchased by sending money in an envelope marked with the number of tickets required with your child up until Wednesday 17th December. The raffle will be drawn on Thursday 18th December and the lucky winner will be contacted to arrange collection of their hamper! Thank you so much for your support and generosity!
