SEND Support

At Consortium Trust, we strive to provide high-quality, inclusive education for every child across our family of schools, rooted in our rural communities and strengthened by friendship and partnership.

We believe that every learner should be nurtured to grow as a confident individual, supported to achieve their potential, and celebrated for the unique contribution they bring.

Our Trust draws strength from the breadth of provision we offer – spanning mainstream primary schools, a private nursery setting, unregulated alternative provision, and special schools. Collaboration is central to our approach. We work in close partnership with parents and carers, valuing their insight and ensuring they are active participants in planning and reviewing support for their child. Alongside this, our schools benefit from the expertise of specialist staff across the Trust who offer outreach, guidance and practical strategies to strengthen provision.

To sustain inclusive practice, we invest heavily in professional development. Staff across all our schools have access to high-quality CPD, training and opportunities to share best practice, ensuring that they are well equipped to meet a wide range of needs with confidence and skill.

Through this commitment, we aim to create welcoming, supportive and aspirational environments where every child feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to succeed.
